Welcome To Tha South is a Compilation Album that came out Jan 1999. I recorded and mixed the album myself while still in college. (Morehouse class of 99) I pressed up about 1200 CD’s and had the best artists at the time from all over the state of Georgia. I thought that by getting artists from different areas, all the artists would go back to their community and sale the album, unfortunately that didn’t happen. I charged the whole album on my credit card and got stuck with the bill because most of the artists didn’t turn in any money. I should have just given away all the CD’s in one city like Augusta and then focused on making my money back from doing shows.
