Hometown: Augusta, GA
1989-At age 13 Darnik started producing music with his first keyboard.
1989-1994 7th-12th grade: Davidson Fine Arts Magnet School
1992- At age 16, Darnik started working at Kroger on Washington Rd, saving up his money to pay for studio time. Darnik started driving to Lexington SC to Sunrise Recording Studios to record his first songs. The first artist was Rick Foster aka ArkAngel and the production was done by Darnik and his cousin Damien Middleton. First song on Radio was Thug Life, which was produced by Darnik, with raps performed by Darnik and Reggie Cook.
1994-Moved to Atlanta to go to Morehouse College
1995-Started working on Two in the Chamber out of Augusta, GA. Met 2 Short at Freeknik 95 and started recording at his studio in the West End.
1996-Worked at Olympics in the summer and saved up enough money to purchase first computer which would be used for music production using Digital Orchestrator Plus.
1999- Released first album “Welcome To Tha South” while a senior in college.
2000- Released Georgia Mafia featuring Sha Skillz “For All Our Niggaz”
2001-Released Azz Dance by “The Firemen”
2004- Released Cino G’s “Terror On Tape”
2007- Released Them Concrete Boyz “Da Mastez”
2007- Released Them Concrete Boyz “Crank That Roadrunner”
